Q How Do I Place An Order From My Granny's Attic Antiques, Collectibles & more?
You can go to our main antique shop site and use the shopping cart which will then take you to the payment page.

We haven't set up the shopping cart on this site so.... please just e-mail us your order and mailing address and we will respond with shipping charges and where to submit payment.

We accept US Dollars only via money order, personal check (must clear bank before we ship) and credit cards through Paypal - we will send you the link.

Q What forms of payment to you accept?
A We accept money orders, cashier checks or personal checks. Personal checks take about 10 working days to clear our bank.

You can pay by credit card through Paypal.

Q Do you ship worldwide?
A Yes we do, gladly.

Just be sure to give us your address when you e-mail in your order. This way we can get the actual shipping charges for you. E-mail your order & address

Q What is your refund policy?
We make every possible attempt to accurately describe each item, its flaws and defects, if any. We are not out to defraud anyone or intentionally misrepresent any item we sell. Please ask questions before you purchase an item. We will address those questions to the best of our ability. If we don't know something, we will tell you.

Custom orders require substantial time and material commitment on our part and we will work with you to make an item right, if you really hate your purchase we will issue a refund based on our refund policy.

We MUST receive notification of your intent to return an item within 5 days of our shipping date. The return must take place within 10 days of our shipping date for refund or credit. The item MUST be returned to us in its original packaging materials and box and must be insured for the full purchase price. Return shipping & insurance is at the buyers expense.A refund or credit is made for the purchase price only.

We take pride in how we pack each item for shipment, all of the care in the world is put in to protecting your purchase. If the item was damaged in route, contact us and we will send you the insured receipt from the Post Office, if you had us insure the item when we shipped.
