We make every possible attempt to accurately describe each item, its flaws and defects, if any. We are not out to defraud anyone or intentionally misrepresent any item we sell. Please ask questions before you purchase an item. We will address those questions to the best of our ability. If we don't know something, we will tell you.
Custom orders require substantial time and material commitment on our part and we will work with you to make an item right, if you really hate your purchase we will issue a refund based on our refund policy.
We MUST receive notification of your intent to return an item within 5 days of our shipping date. The return must take place within 10 days of our shipping date for refund or credit. The item MUST be returned to us in its original packaging materials and box and must be insured for the full purchase price. Return shipping & insurance is at the buyers expense.A refund or credit is made for the purchase price only.
We take pride in how we pack each item for shipment, all of the care in the world is put in to protecting your purchase. If the item was damaged in route, contact us and we will send you the insured receipt from the Post Office, if you had us insure the item when we shipped.
